Refund Policy

1. Nature of Payments

All payments made on Nikarina.com are voluntary donations aimed at supporting and developing the Project.

2. Crediting Procedure

In exchange for a donation, the user receives virtual assets (Coin of Luck or equivalent), which have no real-world money value and cannot be exchanged back.

3. Refund Conditions

• ◈ Refunds for already credited and used (fully or partially) virtual assets are not provided.
• ◈ A refund is possible only in case of a technical error (double charge) or if assets were not delivered within 24 hours after approval by the Project Administration

4. Account Blocking

In case of account blocking for violating server rules (use of bots, insults, etc.), all donations are non-refundable.
