1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Nikarina.com server. Creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Communication and Chat Rules

• ◈ Insults: Any form of discrimination, profanity, or insults toward players and their relatives is prohibited.
• ◈ Staff: Insulting the Administration/GMs is prohibited. Publicly debating or criticizing staff actions in-game is not allowed.
• ◈ Ads & Spam: Advertising other game projects or links to third-party resources is strictly prohibited.
• ◈ Politics: Propaganda, hate speech, and political discussions are strictly prohibited.

3. Gameplay and Restrictions

• ◈ Third-party Software: Use of bots, clickers, or any automation software results in a permanent HWID ban for all accounts.
• ◈ Exploits: Using bugs or geodata glitches for personal gain is prohibited. You must report bugs to support.
• ◈ RMT: Any attempts to sell/buy game assets for real money will result in an immediate ban.
• ◈ Hacking: Attempting to access other users accounts will lead to the deletion of all your data.

4. Liability

Administration is not responsible for character safety if account details were shared. Players are responsible for their own account security. We reserve the right to modify these rules at any time.
